  2. They are. I actually came across one of their shortwave broadcasts in Esperanto early this month.

  4. The shakier man’s or an organization’s ethical foundations are, the more time and money they will have to spend on propaganda. China Radio International is probably the best-funded foreign radio worldwide now. In the early 1980s, it was Radio Moscow. Not sure if they ran a program in Esperanto, but they probably did – it was a frequent feature in USSR and allied states’ programs, than in the West.
