Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 6:52 amThe shakier man’s or an organization’s ethical foundations are, the more time and money they will have to spend on propaganda. China Radio International is probably the best-funded foreign radio worldwide now. In the early 1980s, it was Radio Moscow. Not sure if they ran a program in Esperanto, but they probably did – it was a frequent feature in USSR and allied states’ programs, than in the West.
