  2. If you look at human rights in The People’s Republic of China is it very useful to compare it to the socialist governments in Latin America that cross this line. President Hugo Chavez among many others are responsible for countless human rights violations. Chavez is currently holding many political prisoners, all of whom were imprisoned by the Venezuelan government on trumped-up charges in cases with manifest due process violations.
